People are a major part of our business as manned guarding makes up around 80% of our business. That’s why we believe by looking after our staff we can expect a happier more productive officer. Several schemes are available to our officers including, performance bonuses, on-call payments, expenses and free healthcare for all the family.

All officers are encouraged to take their personal development seriously and must obtain a minimum standard of Level 2 in Security Guarding, in order to obtain their SIA licence.

Of course every client's needs are different, so we organise meetings where the all stakeholders have input on their requirements.  A comprehensive set of Assignment Instructions are prepared, and passed to the client for approval. Finally, the dedicated team of security officers are inducted and trained, before deployment.

Complete peace of mind that Service Levels are being maintained are achieved using cutting-edge technology, allowing the guards’ patrols to be monitored in real-time via an internet link which is available to the client as well as ourselves.




Guard Tour Systems

Ever since the days of the earliest Night Watchmen, the security industry has stipulated that the security contract must provide proof that their officers are in the right place at the right time. We have two solutions to this - PES and Magni. The PES system consists of a handset that is 9cm x 1.5 cm and buttons, 1cm diameter, that can be placed around the site at strategic points.  When the guard patrols he scans the button and the data is recorded.  The data is downloaded to a key fob and presented to the client, usually in hard copy once a week.

The Magni system allows patrols to be viewed in real-time. The data is sent via a mobile telephone and viewed via any internet based computer, giving complete transparency to the client who will be given an internet log-in to our software.

 
Key-Holding, Alarm & Emergency Response

We currently deliver this service to Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Trust as well as many private sector companies.

Rather than ask your staff to attend alarm activations why not get a qualified Security Officer to attend?  We can act as a key-holder for your company and work to your guidelines.  An officer will receive the alarm activation call and arrive at the premises within 20 minutes.

This is a very cost-effective solution with key-holding starting form £25.00 per quarter.


Mobile Patrols  

It’s easy to see the effects of vandalism on our society and within our communities and businesses. Mobile Patrols can help to reduce the costly effects of vandalism on your property. An officer will attend your premises an agreed number of times during the day, and his attendance can be recorded using one of our technological solutions.

By working closely with our clients we establish an escalation plan for what happens if we find anything of note. Breaches in security will be reported as per the escalation plan.


Wireless Alarm Solution  

Making full use of technological advances, by utilising radio and cellular communications our security systems are principally wireless, which gives you quality protection without the need for fixed line telephones or cabling.

Catering for constructions and void properties, this system is easy to install, adjust and relocate when you need to and is monitored remotely by our central control room.
It works by using a comprehensive combination of sensors and detectors, linked to a central base station, to monitor movement, vibrations, smoke or other hazards. This is backed up by our Mobile Patrol unit being immediately informed and responding to the precise point of activity.

Plant can be fitted with vibration tags, sensing that the engine has started, or it may be a generator in which case it can sense whether the engine has stopped.

The system can also incorporate a CCTV camera, ideal if the recording of the intruder is of importance to you. The camera system actually won the SMART award from the DTI for this technically innovative project.
